       Better still:  if you can  handle pencil, tape, jigsaw and drill, you are capable of building your own Uqbar rapidly and well -- as attested by the many amateur-built Uqbars plying the 7 seas, from Homer Alaska to an aircraft carrier in the sea of Japan.
